Redemption websites

Recipient enters a code, picks a gift, gives an address. You get the export.

Holiday programmes, employee onboarding kits, event giveaways, client appreciation. Sites that run for a season without a server to maintain, and stores that run all year when the programme is ongoing.

Try the flow

Three screens. Under a minute for the recipient.

Use GIFT-2041, pick a gift, enter an address. Then try the same code again and watch it refuse. That lock is what stops duplicate shipments.

Kit builder

When the client chooses what goes in the box.

Budget per recipient, live total, approval blocked when over. The approved kit becomes the catalogue on the redemption site.

Four site types

Code or voucher gift pick

Unique codes emailed by you or your client. Recipient chooses one of N gifts, enters shipping details. Codes lock after use. Orders land in a Google Sheet you can export.

Company store with budgets

Each employee has a budget or points balance. Catalogue with sizes and variants. On Shopify when the client wants a full checkout, or the static pattern with a budget column when they do not.

Event or campaign microsite

A single page for a launch, conference or promotion with a form that captures what you need and nothing else. Live in days.

Points rewards portal

Ongoing recognition with balances that change over time. Needs accounts, audit history and admin screens, so this one runs on a proper backend.

What you supply
ItemDetail
EligibilityUnique codes, an email list, or an open link. Rough recipient count.
CatalogueGift names, descriptions, images, sizes, and any per-item limits.
Capture fieldsName, email, address, phone, size, gift message. Ship-to countries.
BrandingLogo, primary colour, font if any. Yours or your client's.
DatesLaunch date and redemption close date.

Data handling

Only the fields you asked for.

The site stores the capture fields and nothing else. No tracking, no accounts, no marketing consent boxes unless you request them.

Ownership

You own the data.

Orders live in a sheet or database under your account. The handover document says how to close redemptions and how to delete the data once fulfilment is done.
